Well, sorry for my long abscense. !st off I had oc problems, them got laid of and didn't have the money to fix the Excecutive. Well, now for the latest news, I found another good paying job, bad news, I've been diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. More good news, they caught it, and it's small cell cancer, which responds best to chemo and radiation. And another plus, I'm on short term disability, which means I now have the time to work on the ole girl.
I've also found out the world has more good people with big hearts than I realized. I've found a man who is going to make me a wrap for my boat, with anything I want on it, for $490.00 installed. I have a new meighbor who is a finish carpenter, (makes custon cabinets), who is going to help me make the wrap around seating for the starboard side I want, and my son is going to help me rip up the rotten wooden flooring and carpeting and replace them. And a worse case scenario I found a place in south Mississippi that will sell me a remanufactored complete outdrive, 3 year warrenty, for $1325.00. So hopefully I'll have the girl back on the water in a month and a half. We start on it this weekend, and I'll be taking pregress pics and posting them.
Oh yeah, and my sons has a couple of friends with an audio shop. They want to jazz up my sound system, 2000 watts, new speakers. All I gotta do is ad a small advertisement to the wrap, and I et all the equipment at cost, no labor, no price markup, just cost!!! How sweet is that. They want to usee it in audio shows and contest.
