I'm computer illiterate...Help

Xp, I used ta be able to rt click and save image as jpeg...Somehow I can only save an image as Bitmap now. I want to change it back but don't know how.<br />.<br />.<br />.<br />signed; a complete idiot!

It's because your 'temporary internet files' cache is full. Go to Tools, Internet Options, and click on delete temporary internet files. It will take a while for them to be deleted. When done close and reopen your browser and you should be good to go.

You can go here Crap Cleaner and d/l the FREE program. This will do the same 'cleaning' and more. Don't be surprised if it takes a few seconds to pickup all the trash....when it is first run. It's safe with no ads or tracking BS.

Cool program there Xcusme. I ran it on my computer and it dumped 416Megs of crap. I downloaded it on the pc at work that has been in use for 4 years and it dumped 1.9Gigs of crap. Thanks for the link.

Hey, glad to hear that worked out for ya....yup, it's kinnda revealing how much 'stuff' seems to be overlooked by using, say, the Microsoft branded cleanup utilities. If you think that MS is looking out for your security interests....think again.
