Well Punxsutawney Phil says it is 6 more weeks of the cold stuff and the only one in Agreement is a ground Hog named Sam in Nova Scotia. Gerneral Beauregard Lee in Atlanta has three on his side predicting an early spring. Chuck in Ohio, Charles in New York and Jimmy in Sun Prairie all in agreement. Who said us rebels and yankees can't agree! Come on spring! I'm ready to hit the water!

I'm with you, brother! We had a short, rainy boating season last year. I'm ready for a decent, early spring.

Wooster, That is why I live down here Snow is one of the four letter words that we are not allowed to use in Georgia! Pretty to look at though. If it does snow here it is gone in two days and then we get to wait another 7 years for it to happen again. Stay warm boys!

Gerneral Beauregard Lee has more on his side than Punxsutawney Phil, I sure hope he is right, maybe we will get early spring in the South and you folks in the North can keep the cold up there. I really hope spring comes early for all of us.

Here we are trying to pick on the North and this AM the Weather Channel is predicting the possibility of show as far South as Macon. I am South of Savannah so probably won't bother me but the weather is still going to be rotten.

Cold & snowy up here in The Great White North. No early spring for us either. Our local rodent, Wiarton Willie, scooted back deep into his den as soon as he looked out and saw his shadow.
I heard that Willie is right 96% of the time.

I believe the Southern guy is wrong, You northern guys don't laugh but we got 5 inches of snow. That is two years in a row! The best thing is it will be gone in about 24hrs. Supposed to be warming up end of next week.

Here another six weeks of winter is the norm. I don't recall the snow ever going before the end of March. On the other hand, we get to go skiing pretty much every day.

Snow is gone. Can't believe that on Friday every state in the US except Hawaii got snow. First time that has ever happened. Even the Florida guys!
