I'm looking for a fishing boat

My brother would like to buy a fishing boat. It'll be his first boat and he plans to trailer it. He is looking for something around 20'. He is willing to spend approximately 10K. A walkaround would be great. We live in the NYC area but would not have a problem traveling a few miles for something that is worth it. If you know of anything, please let me know.

negotiation must be done in private not open forum. i suggest watching craigslist, ebay, and the iboats classified.
