So if I understand the answer given, my 6hp Evinrude's S/N/MDL being 6202DJ 014859 means it's a 1959?
The motor came with a 1972 owners manual. My (drive shaft) O.D is running .430 and the replacement impellers I.D is around .500 +. This was thinking it was a 1972 Evinrude. The dealer said he had gone back aways and I.D. was the same. Can you help? What say you?
