Improved response time on posts

I don't know where else to put this and it does affect OB NR discussions, and I usually visit here so here it is.

I have been having an lot of delay in trying to chat on this site. Others have mentioned it also and apparently have been in contact with the site. The site (mgr) responded (to them, not me) that their software was going to be upgraded soon.

Well, maybe they did it today and maybe not. If not my suggestion to anyone having long delays in trying to communicate herein, try Netscape Navigator, rather than Microsoft's big E.

I went to Net today after giving up on what I had and I am duly impressed.

I always used Net at work, but can't remember why I didn't use it at home. As of today I do and it has been a marvelous day.

Answering my own post. I am astonished. Changed to Net this am. Have been surfing all day. I can't believe the difference in speed, not only on this site, but all my internet activities.

Sorry folks, but facts are facts. Gotta answer it again. I am astonished at the difference of the speed of responses on this site with merely changing from Microsofts Inernet Explorer to Netscape.

Give me another hour or tow and you will get another update. 8)

I use mac's safari, works perfectly without any probs .....

Hey Mark .... that proves the point ... use a mac and have no problems hahahaha, how are you? Summer here has never been so hot, but I love it, went to my holiday house last weekend and enjoyed the new boats ...... I am on the water everyday after work, I tow my inflatable in the traffic to work in the morning so I can shoot to the beach after work to go practise, popped a pontoon the otherday from the heat, I knew I should take the white one and not the black one that day .....

Agree you picked the wrong color. Interesting that the air expanded to the point that it ruptured the boat......must have had her pumped up pretty tight.

Hear you on taking the boat with you to work. BTDT.

Interesting we are on here at the same time. My clock says 8:35 (Central USA Standard Time). What's your's? I think we are 6 hrs off Grenich mean time. I used to talk to Blokes in UK when I was working and I'd wait till late in the afternoon to catch them just coming in for work.

hehehe .... here it is 4:43 pm .... almost home time, then off to the beach ...... so we 8 hours off, we don't have daylight savings time ........ I have pressure releasing valves on my inflatables but with a black one in direct sunlight the whole day (polyurathane boat) can add alot of extra expansion .... hehehe .... I have to pump it really hard .... always ......

You may be on to something.I use the big E with Road runner And it is really fast but on here it slows from split second to 3 to 5 seconds.

Well Steele, try Netscape (Navigator); download it free off the www. If you don't like it you can always go back to the "Richest Man in the World's software".
