Just had my in-line 6 rebuilt last summer. I had the guy winterize it and I put it away without using it. He ran it for me before winterizing it and it ran good. I started it for the first time today and it runs perfect for 30-60 seconds and then dies. Seems to me it's a fuel or air issue? Any recommendations for where to start? Thanks!

Fuel shut-off valve? No fuel in the filter? Points contacts burned? Fuel pump failure? Blocked fuel line? Blown fuse in the instrument cluster?

You haven't given us much to work with. Have you removed the flame arrester and checked to see f the carb is pumping fuel through the accelerator jets? Have you checked for spark?
