The serial number on the engine is partially missing and is 0E02-xxxxxxx, i can narrow it down to 1992-1995 2 stroke 2 cylinder force by mercury 40hp. I have the factory service manual, i have seen read and studied all previous posts, wiring diagrams, troubleshooting and installation instructions from CDI that i could find on the internet. I have hit a dead end and have exhausted all resources available to me on this topic. I am begging for someone not to tell me to look at the manual and just tell me where these wires go. The factory service manual shows wires going to and from the stator and the switch box that my stator does not have and there are three wires in question from the switch box that i have no idea where they go. I have made a diagram with part numbers and question marks where i am having my troubles. any assistance would be wonderful. I did not draw out the tilt trim or the grounds for clarity on the sketch. thank you for any assistance. And in reguards to the 2 reds coming off of the voltage regulator i assume that the thicker guage (12Ga) gets connected to the solonoid and the smaller red (14/16 ga) gets connected to the Switch box (but i am not sure and don't want to fry anything, if its not already fried) Thank you all again
