I've got an 86 19 foot bayliner that has both of the forward side windows blown out. How do I find new ones? Has onyone ever tried to make new ones out of plexiglass or something similar? Is it hard to cut plexiglass? Thanks in advance

Try a glass company to have it custom cut(new glass). As for as cutting plexiglass,no its not.Use a jigsaw, slow speed with a wood blade.Fast speeds will melt it.

You could try Tap Plastics - they will custom fabricate a piece for if your willing to spend the money, or they also sell sheet plexi. You may also try Ranco Marine Recycling in Rancho Cordova - near Sacramento - the may have a good used set available.
