Put my Tracker in the lake yesterday. First day for the seasonal slip renters.
Youngest son drove the PU old man drove the boat. Really nice day. However,
got home and was looking at the trailer/ the bunks are all rotting. But I have all
summer to fix that problem, Regards old jim

Excellent Jim. Might consider recovering the new bunks w/ the plastic/rubber covering vs, carpet. As you've probably heard before, sometimes chemicals leach through the carpet and cause tiny pinholes in the toons. Good luck !!!

No treated lumber, just good old douglas fir. So where do I find this

Jim,
I used treated wood for my bunks before I knew better. Here is what I put on my bunks to solve the chemical/aluminum problem
