OK, my 2 month decking project just got moved up to 2 weeks! I'll be using it as a photo boat for a CBS show called Stunt Junkies. My best friend is going to do something stupid on a hydrofoil to be on TV. I get $250 a day for the boat and $150 a day to be "Stunt Coordinator" (should get a little interview on air) so that will subsidize the boat restoration a bit.
Anyways, I did 95% of the demo job last weekend until my cutting wheel died. I have all the decking out. I need materials fast. Approximately how much and what brand epoxy, mat, fibers and anything else do I need? I have a West Marine about an hour away and some independent boat shops around. I could see if someone has it in stock, but if I could order it online 2nd day delivery so I could get to it this weekend that would be fine. It's a Dixie Skier inboard ski boat like Mastercraft/Nautique. I think I'll only need 2 sheets of 1/2" plywood (that's what was in it) I understand it's best NOT to use treated wood. Does that include "marine grade" plywood? I would really appreciate it if someone could give me a shopping list outline and suggestions for brands and suppliers.
Thanks,
Greg
