Increase Idle Speed

Can anyone tell me how to increase the idle speed on my 1966, 50 hp Seaking outboard? Is there simply an idle adjustment like on a car? Thanks

I believe the idle stop is on the starboard side of the motor A screw and nut on the rear end of the high speed stop near the top of the tower shaft.Idle speed about 700.
