Just curious where everyone from the great Hoosier state is located.

Maybe put up your town and what water you are on and what kind of boat you run.

I am in Goshen which is 15 minutes from the Meechigan line and dead center between Ohio and Illinois.

I can usually be found on the St Joe river in Elkhart on the mighty CATMENDO, a custom built 16' Sea Nymph running a 50 Evinrude.

I know idrownworms is really close just curious where everyone else is from.

Need to take more recent pics, this is right after I painted it and I don't have my stickers on yet, the others are with the top I made on, we all know about the weather here, the top is really nice to have around the end of September.

Hammond here although have been to Goshen many times - my dad has a few cousins that live there.

I just bought a HF360 inflatable since I am still putting kids through collage and private H.S.; aka I am broke folk. It just arrived today and has not been unboxed yet and still waiting for my minn-kota 50 trolling motor to ship.

I plan on being on Wolf Lake, willow slough, and maybe cedar lake. Actually I will be heading to Kentucky Lake in a few weeks and taking it with me there for some fishing.

Wow, kinda gave up on this one.

I am having a graduation open house(High school) for my middle one today so I know what you are talking about, I have 3, girls.

I started in a 12' jon with a 9.9 Johnson.

Sold 2 cars and a crotch rocket to get my current boat and a truck, way harder to get hurt on a boat than a rocket bike.

Vincennes area here. We run our Crestliner 1860 w/90 HP Mercury on the Wabash and White rivers mostly. We're going to Kentucky Lake this coming weekend for some fishing and boating. The fishing report I got says Redear, Bass and Catfish are all hitting good. I plan on hitting Monroe and Patoka reservoirs sometime this year also. Good to hear from other Indiana boaters.

I live in Kokomo and almost always boat at mississenewa state park. I gonna try taking my boat on the St. Johns river next week in Fl. Been thinking about selling my boat and buying a motorcycle but I figured I cant replace the time me and my boys have on the boat. They love going out on it. As expensive as it is I still think thats what we have the best time on and hopefully the best memories.

Hey Vortec, where at on the Joe do you go?

My section over by the Elkhart hospital has gotten pretty busy since they closed the 6 span launch, used to go there all the time but the fishing is alot better by the hospital anyways so I geuss I don't miss it.

Live in Indianapolis and do my boating on Lake Wawasee. My Grandad bought our house on the lake when he was a young man. It's been in the family for four generations now. You can usually catch me at least once every weekend at the Lowes or Menards in Goshen. My company is also doing a project in Elkhart so I'm there every now and then. I spent about 12 years in Ft. Lauderdale working in the Marinas down there.

Re: INDIANA iboaters check in

hey5150 abf I fish mostly sixspan. The new boat launch is at nibbyville off of cr6. As of now you have to go to cr8 and detour back to cr6. The lauch isnt as nice as sixspan was. The ramp is smaller and the current can be a little tricky to load in if the water is high. But on the plus side there is very little boat traffic and fishing has been great this year so far. I think most people dont know were the new ramp is so they go to elkhart. Is it just me or has the fishing in elkhart been poor lately? It seems every time i go to elkhart i just cant seem to catch much I usaully end up going to sixspan

Re: INDIANA iboaters check in

steeles, I am right by 5 points.

Vortec, that is kinda funny, we jumped to Elkhart by the hospital because of the construction and have done really well, I catfish though, we normally get 5-8 a night and have gotten as many as 16 in a night, at 6 span 3-4 was a good night, I did get my only 20 down there though.

Probably my favorite trip is to put in at Mottville and float down to Bristol, but we don't do that much cause it is so shallow.

My brothers lives in one of the houses down there at Nibbyville, haven't been on that stretch for awhile.

We live in New Albany, a suburb of Louisville.

We have a place at a private campground near Patoka Lake. We have a 1983 Wellcraft Elite 200 that we spend a lot of our free time on.

Noblesville or basically Indianapolis, we spend most of our time on Morse and Geist. My boat is in the signature, its a great starter and the family loves it.

I live near Patoka Lake so that is my choice. I am in a 20 Ft Starcraft Pontoon. Loppster, I am guessing that you have a place at Wildridge? Same here, lot number 685, waaay in the back.

Don't know if this counts, but I was born and raised just outside of Richmond (Webster). Used to spend a bit of time down at Brookville. Now I live in NW Virginia.

I live in Shirley, it's about 25 miles east of Indy. Parents have a lot at Lake Santee near Greensburg so we go there a lot. Also have spent a lot of time at Webster Lake and at Brookville. Current boat is a '78 Sea Ray 20' undergoing a deck & stringer replacement.
