After the similar experiences posted in the tread below, I've decided to post one of the over-inflated CL "gems" I was speaking of.. Here's today's:

------------
1981, 21' Glasstron Cutty Cabin Boat - $8500

260 HP IO, Stainless Steel Prop, Good/Excellent Condition, Very Few Marks or Scratches On Hull, Always been stored inside, Tandem Aluminum Easy Load Trailer. Purchase of Boat Includes Many Extras - Marine Radio and Depth Finder/Fish Finder, Safety Equipment, Life Jackets, Skis, Innertube, Ropes, Spare Prop, 2 Anchors, Boat Can Be Totally Enclosed With Canvas Bimini Tops. This Boat is Very Deep and Wide. Second Owner, Boat Has Been Used On Salt Fork and Tappan Lakes and Ohio River. Seller is Looking for a Change, Owned a Power Boat for 30 Years, and Looking for a Change to Sailing. Alot Of Boat and Extras for Your Money!

------------

It "might" be in "good/excellent condition", but WHO IS GOING TO PAY $8500 for a 29 YEAR OLD BOAT????????

The pictures are the best: http://akroncanton.craigslist.org/boa/1711861894.html

I don't think Merc made a inline six 125. I thought it was 115, 135, and 150.

I've sold several boats on CL, I always post ridiculously high asking prices and usually get fairly close to it, I take pretty good care of my stuff, it shows and people are willing to pay the extra for it.
