It's mission impossible to infalte a sib at it's correct working pressure (3,3.5 PSI or 0.25 Bar) by finger touch feel, get yourself a manometer, inflate all tubes on a merry go round tubes, untill correct pressure is achieved, will make life a lot easier for you and sib/engine will perform nicely as expected.
