Info needed Golden Jet 5.0 motor

Have a Golden Jet 5.0 outboard. S#200688 and model # 1715 D. I like to know the year and gas oil mix on this motor. It's a Eska motor made in USA. Also anywhere on web to find more info like carb adjustment. Does this have a water pump in it? Notice small holes on lower unit.
