Info on Boyesen reeds

I was wondering if a set of Boyesen reeds would be a worth while modification on my 60hp Johnson. We use it to ski behind, deepwater starting a 175 lbs man both feet in on a slolom ski. As you can figure it is borderline on power, I've worked with the combination to the point that I think I'm getting all I can out of the motor with with setup and propeller( WOT 5900 @ 34mph with two people onboard) I'm pretty happy with the top end, and really happy with the fuel economy. Any insights into what I could expect from a set of boyesen power reeds would be very helpful.

Yes, the reeds would help with acceleration. If your skiier is fairly good he should notice the difference.
