I have a 98 200 efi powerhead that has been rebuilt and put on the shelf for a year. The factory service manual was followed for torque values, tightening procedures, and assembly lubes. Are there any special procedures I should use for startup? The oil line from the bottom of the crank to the top bearing is dry. Should I fill this line with fuel/oil mix before starting? I would appreciate any advice I receive.
