Hi guys, last season the impeller went on my 1978 9.8hp 110. Decided at the same time to go through the carb. In my merc repair manual, the exploded view drawings are pretty crappy. I cannot tell if there is supossed to be a spring with the inlet needle. The old needle was sticking, so I got a new one but I am wondering if there should be a spring? Thanks.
