Over the winter, I completely restored the interior of my '74 Cobalt 18' bow rider Tri Hull. Now I want to work over the hull. It's in overall good shape, but the finish is dull and plain white. I want to paint some of it red to match the interior, and there are some small stress cracks by some of the rail mounts, and a couple dings here and there. I see tint-able fiberglass repair kits and shine restoration products out there. I'd feel better gettn' some input from Y'all before I make a plan... Thoughts? Suggestions? :noidea:

Nah, really they are hair line cracks about 2" - 6" long. A picture would show just that. A dull finish is a dull finish... I don't think a picture would even show that. I finished drywall for years. In this case a siliconized spackle would be rubbed in and wiped off with a damp sponge, then repainted. I would think a paintable filler with just a wee bit of flex would do the trick. What paints should I consider? I'd like a flake finish too (at least the admiral does!)!
