Install new Stringer and put resin and foam

I am restoring a Four Winns 190 Freedom 1989 and now I need to put new stringer covering with resin and then the foam product what product should be used and what is the method to apply it also needs to know the following to hold the stringer I have to put resin and what more

Your best bet is to do some reading here before you decide what needs to be done. Look in the completed projects section, you'll see them from start to finish, also do a search on "rotten stringers" and "foam", they will answer most of your questions.
