Good Day,
I have a Twin Engine Boat (4.3LX's) with one (1) Fuel Tank. I do not have Water/Fuel Separator Install.
Should I install 0ne (1) Kit / Engine or One for Both Engine ?
Thanks.

Just one would be fine. Install it on the main fuel line as close to the tank as you can. Having two would just double the amount of work with no appreciable gain.

Your engines have filters on them and I would guess they are part of the fuel pump. What is your engine serial number? Also is fuel supplied by one line with a tee fitting or two lines?

twins would have dual feed so dual filters should be used. twins that draw from one line should be considered a single engine. plug the one filter and both engines are dead.

I will check tomorrow (and get back) if it is a two line feed or one. I would be surprise if it is only one line !

I guess there would not be enough gaz going through the 1 filter to feed both engines?

Appears you have mechanical fuel pumps which have the filter built in to the pump. The upside down filters can be a mess to change. Item 1 in the link below

Agree with BtDoc that two are better then one but also think one filter can handle both V6 engines if your feed line is a minimum of 3/8 ID.

Ayuh,..... 1 filter can handle the flow of 2 4.3s when the filter is fresh, 'n clean,.....

Add some time, crud, 'n abit of water, 1 filter could leave ya miles from shore, both motors Dead,...

1 filter each motor, anywhere easily accessable so you can change it easily,....

Given a long time or a very dirty tank I'll agree, but not if changed during regular maintenance. If the one filer could not support two engines on plane and you didn't have another to replace you could limp home on one. It's all about opinions ;) right
