Everything is back together,new bellows,gimbal bearing and shift cable.It was a nerve wracking job but with the advice from the forum members and a buddy coming over to help I got thru it and feel real good about doing it. I triple checked everything cuz I wont be putting it in the water till spring....so hopefully everything is good .Once again a HUGE thanks for all of your responses and answering my questions.This is a very unique forum....Bob
