Installing 120v power outlet? Model?

It appears like dock charging my batteries is going to be tough because engine compartment cover won't stay 'almost closed' to allow for extension cord to pop in there to plug in.

So looking at installing a outlet to plug into. Would be nice to have one that i can just plug my charger into the back of it instead of cutting wire and hard-wiring. However iboats parts seem fairly limited for that - one such model appears to have a special connection on the 'outside' connection instead of typical straight blade. (more 'shore power' power style).

Anyone have a recommendation for an easy install that doesn't stickout to far on the 'outside' portion?

Outlet in question:

I think this is the one I've got on my boat. I use it to run the charger for the trolling motor batteries.

You can probably find a similar model at other vendors including iboats.

EDIT:

OK that link doesn't work. I guess iboats doesn't allow links to competitors. Can't say I blame them since they are paying the bills.

Try googling for "ProMariner AC Plug Holder". I know that Marinco also makes one that takes a normal plug.
