Installing a tunedportinjection setup

What would be the obstacles of this? I've found complete setups for under 500. I'm just a little tired of the carb(finicky). Drivability is so much better with EFI.
It's going on an 85 305 OMC

Are you absolutely sold on TPI? TBI can be done for about half that cost, and will have virtually the same benefits.

No I'm not sold on it I just want better drivability. The power is great(with the carb) it just would be nice to have a stabil idle and easier starting
I've considered the TBI But have just started looking
