on my Lowe, I have 2 on the bow and 2 on the stern. I want 2 more just up front of the console at the "shoulder" area for my fenders so I dont slam up onto the docks. :(

This is 1 of my "winter projects".

I would like it to match my current cleats. I think they are SS? Or they just chrome plated? I read about mixing metals which could create corrosion issues.

Also about the install. Do I just screw it into the gunnel, or bolt it through?
When ordering cleats, do they come with mounting hardware?

Matching metals isn't much of an option if you want good cleats, I prefer stainless but most are chrome plated pot metal or brass if your lucky.
If your rails are wide enough, it shouldn't be too hard to match that style cleat.
What I did on my boat was to add a pair of rope locks, (see pic), to the inside of the gunwale rather than have an open cleat along the side to catch things like fishing lines and clothes.
I use this style cleat since it makes adjusting the fender rope length quick and easy when docking. I tied off of the bow cleat and stern cleats, which are attached to the strongest points on the boat, the die cast end plates.

I actually prefer plastic cleats on a smaller boat, they don't rust, pit, or cause any galvanic corrosion due to dissimilar metals.

They are also easier on the hands and ropes over time since they don't get all rough and pitted.

Rope locks are a good idea if all you want is a bumper hang. Good solid cleats are available, but you get what you pay for.

Whichever you install, bolt through with stainless hardware, not screws.

Get in touch with Lowe boats, they might sell you a couple. I put a extra grab handle in my boat for the wife and got it from LUND so it matches.
