installing new trim motor with new harness

well found out today My trim motor on my 50hp mariner is shot ..thinking about ordering new one ,But heres my question ..My pump motor has 3 wires ""black,blue,green "" & the new one im thinking of ordering has 2 wires & a new wiring harness Heres a pic of the new one Tilt Trim Motor Mercury Mariner 35 225 HP O B 1993 New | eBay Has anyone ever installed this wiring & how bad of a job is it to do ?

if you plan to keep your boat past 8-10 more years then 3w motors will last longer. If not, then the wiring upgrade takes about 40 mins to install. you remove the two trim solenoids near starter and bolt the relays back down into same spot.
