Installing power trim/tilt unit onto 1996 Johnson 50hp outboard

My tilt/assist unit broke. I finally found a power trim/tilt unit from a 1989 model which I believe will fit. I have the hydraulic unit (397532, I think), and the motor (432226 ). That's got a green and blue wire connected, and a black wire is attached. What other electrical bits do I need to achieve the simplest setup, and can you guide me through a setup process?

You need the relays.----Possibly found used at dealers or E-bay.

Racerone, thanks for your reply. Done a bit of researching, and I think the engine model that the tilt unit came off was made for the Australian market. No parts diagram found for Johnson AJ 50 TL CEC. But I think my tilt motor is the 3-wire type. Will I have a problem wiring this up to my newer modular harness?
