Installing software

I bought a used HP iPaq 1910 off Ebay and it didn't come with the CD. Media Player either doesn't work or isn't installed. How do I go about installing Media Player or WinAmp on this thing? It's an ipaq 1910.. sorta bottom line PDA. I know computers pretty well but have never owned or used a PDA... thanks guys.
