Re: interested in getting rid of my boat

yeah, iv tried that already. and about a dozen other forums. i guess its just not the right time of year for selling boats?
i paid about 3k for it and put in alot of stuff and did alot of up-to-date maintence on it.
take a look, you think im too high on my selling price? i looked at nada and it says im right around where i should be. i feel i might be a little high but i figure it in most peoples nature to lowball or say, would you take so much for it? and then i can say yes and they'll feel like they got a hell of a deal

Re: interested in getting rid of my boat

I know that if you want to get rid of your boat soon, then you are going to have to lower the price this time of year. People want to find good deals on running/ project boats alike since it is the off season. I bought my old project Bayliner (the boat you see in my avatar) for $450 with the trailer (the trailer alone is worth $600!!) I have seen running boats going for only $800 on Craigslist!! If you want top dollar for your boat, then I would wait until the boating season hits us!!
