A while back there was a discussion/thread about our currency (paper money) and the blind/visually impaired. Run across the Yahoo article. Sounds like the blind/visually impaired vs. vending machine. (probably to broad a statement)

....would be cheaper to give evry blind person a portable cash reader that would verbally tell them what each bill is.
