I would like to completly renovate the interior of my boat. I can get rid of the pink, and all the fiberous materials all at once. I don't really know what products are on the market for interior renovations. Does anyone have any suggestions?

For example, we were thinking of hardwood on the floor, but is there such a thing as marine grade hardwood?

There is a marine grade plywood. But I'm a real sucker for sparvarnished teak in a boat.

So, this is not the actual boat, as I cannot seem to download my pics, but the interior is basically the same. Pink and creme walls, grey carpeting, burgundy trim for the furniture, with pink cushions. I guess Regal really loved a bunch of different colours.

My first concern is to get rid of as much mold as possible. I took a bit of the headliner, and there was mold on the foam as well, so we need to find where the water is coming in first.

Then I will need to replace everything. Other than fabric headliner, wood or paint, I really don't know what my options would be to replace the headliner.

Over the next couple of years, I would like to do a major reno to include everything, as I don't think anything matches down there at all.

Thanks for all your help!!

Hi all

I thought I would show you how the renovation turned out!! We are very happy with it.

We added two new hatches (one on port, one on star - above setee and loveseat). Replaced the hatch in the front berth. All new carpet, and apholstry. Painted the walls that were covered in smoke stain. We also did the cockpit.
