I took advantage of a 50 degree day here in NW Pa and started working on then interior of my newly acquired bowrider. Being a 30 year old boat I knew things would not be perfect but,... They used particle board on many of the interior framework. The entire engine cover is particle board 
Neadless to say I have some work (& $$) ahead of me...
I'm hopeful someone here can direct me to other threads that I could read from and get some insights. And I'm open to any offers of advice!
I have carpentry skills but have never worked on boats. I intend to use quality marine ply & stainless hardware. I'd like to attempt upholstery as well.
The boat was purchased for fair weather fun with our family out on Lake Erie this summer. I'm looking for the most bang for the buck to get this accomplished.
