Intermediate Shaft Bearings, seem OK to me

I have an AQ290 with a 350 Chevy engine. The engine is junk so I am repowering. Since I also had water in the ujoint bellows I read that I should change the bearings. I apparently tightened the clamps too tight and the clamp let go. Both the ujoints and the bearings seem fine. No end play whatsoever and both spin with no binds or hang ups at all. I have always lubed the rear bearing with the zerk and wonder if I'm good to go this year with the current arrangement. I am leery of changing the bearings since I can't figure out which end to start from and just how to go about it. The posts I have read leave me unclear about the job. Any thoughts on this? Thanks!

I would replace them, a fairly easy job and parts not that much money, and a lot more work after you put the engine back in...

They come out from the motor end.Replace cause turning them by hand isin't like the 4000rpm your motors gonna throw at them. The u-joints might be ok but not the bearings.J
