2004 5.7 GI DP Volvo Penta engine (210hrs)
New for me as of this summer.
Problem is that it never starts when temperature is cooler (below 65). I have never been able to start it in the morning this season and it has always started around noon or later when temps are warmer. Tried 3 times one day when it was about 55 and rainy and it never started then either.
By Start I mean you cannot hear anything trying to start, crank etc. all electronics work fine and I have plenty of power from both batteries. Everything is normal except for when I try to start engine.
When it is warmer, it starts no problem.
I did replace the starter relay box which I heard could be part of the problem but this did not fix it. I know it is not the kill switch lanyard, throttle in
neutral etc. because nothing changes when it starts other than air temperature.
