Good afternoon ladies and gents. I thought I'd introduce myself. After mentioning to my Dad that I was looking to buy a boat for my fiance and myself he finally caved in and said he would give me his old boat. I'm not inheriting a 1984 18' Sylvan Super Sportster w/ an Evinrude 90 hp O/B.

It has been covered for the last 7 years w/a heavy duty tarp and some nice bracing he did to keep the water from puddling, etc.

He has the tilt/trim removed because it needs some work, and it needs cleaned up. None of the vinyl is ripped or tore, it comes w/ two fish finders, compass, and trolling motor. I've got to drive back to Indiana to pick it up, but that's a cheap price to pay.

I'm sure I'll be stopping in to ask tons of questions as I work on it and get it ready for the water.
