depends on local market... here if the boat floats, it would fetch $250 alone no question... but, the trailer looks really rough. If you're actually intending to use the trailer, figure new bunks, add some rollers, probably need to replace bearings, light kit, new tires and add fenders. Do not trust the previous owner to grease the bearings properly... just look at the pict's... you figure the guys gonna spend any effort going over the trailer?? The bunks look rotten. Can't see any rollers... Remove, clean, inspect and re-pack or replace bearings yourself if you buy it.... the lack of fenders would get you pulled over and cited here.

with a couple new bunks and removing the axle and lights, the trailer would be a good "shore lift" if you're using it at a cabin or at the same lakefront all the time.

With the condition of all the "stuff" in the background, I'd also expect the boat to be in rough condition too. I wouldn't trust that trailer to get me home unless I lived right in this guy's neighborhood!

If you have a pickup truck.. offer him $125, for the boat only... :)

First of all, $250 is a starting bid, not a selling price.

Junk. If you are very handy and patient it might be worth $150. Definitely not $250, even delivered.

that's one, use to haul away for free, boat $100, trailer $0 the cost to make it usable would be the market value. bunk supports, bunks, tires bearing, etc.

Here's his response.

"hello, thanks but it is really not as bad as it looks. It has been sitting under some trees and is nasty. The boat ant trailer just need cleaned up. Thanks for the offer, but I Just paid 225.00 for it. I figured it would make 25 or 30 dollars anyway."

keep looking. Craigslist here is the place to find them, but you have to be ready to move.

He just bought it and is already selling it. Why? Most likely because he has discovered that with no title he can't register it. Take a pass on this one.
