is 87 350 a 1 or 2 peice rear seal?

I have a guy that wants my 88 350 Magnum and he has a 87 Chris Craft. He isnt sure if its a 1 or 2 peace rear seal. Everything I find says post 87. Does that include 87?

Also, if I have everything from oil pan to flywheel to coupler etc, how much is necessary to convert it if his is a 2 peace? Or is it just not worth it? The only thing I dont have is the starter, but any Chevy small block should fit.

Yup its a 1 piece seal. 'but any Chevy small block should fit' Any Chevy MARINE starter that is....

OK great, so my shortblock will work for him? I wanted to make sure before I sold it to him. I dont want someone else to have to go through what I went though with mine. I wasted more money on wrong or broken crap that I could have bought a remaned engine and been done.
