Is it an OMC or Volvo?

Looking at a 1995 SeaSwirl Spyder 198. 5.0 engine, "Cobra" outdrive. Labeled Cobra, but looks exactly like a Volvo. Frankly not real interested in an OMC unit. Is it actually an OMC, or a Volvo SX in disguise?

1995 was the second year of the joint Venture between OMC and Volvo. If you have the engines serial number or full model number, that will tell the story.
