is it critical to run rebuilt motor in a tank for 10 hours or can it be put into service after 2 and also two cylinders have about 125 the other 130 this is a 90hp merc is this normal

It is not critical, just keep the RPM's below 4000 and do not run for a constant RPM for more that 5-10 min. A 5-10 lb difference is not a problem.
