bout my force i can flush water with the hose and it comes out where it should...is it possible for the horn to be malfunctioning .how do i know i have enough water on it..

Craig, <br /><br />Does your engine have a tell tale? A squirt of water coming out just blow the the bottom cowl. If that stream is strong, you're OK.
