prop is blowing out just as the boat is on plane. I can cruise around on plane but if i try to accelerate the prop just starts blowing out or spinning in any tilt position.

The motor has a TON of splash back while moving. so much that i can not see the cavitation plate due to all the splashing.

also, if i am at a dead stop, and i give it a good bit of gas to get a hole shot, the prop just spins until the boat hits a certain speed and then takes off onto plane the starts spinning again..

here are some pictures from my phone. Cav plate is about 2 inches below the bottom of the boat.. I was told if i raised the motor this may solve my problem.

Looks okay to me. Could you have it trimmed out too far?

Pix are a wee bit too big. Try reducing them to 640X480 or less.

Ideally the cavitation plate should be within 1" of the bottom of the boat's keel. If its easy to move up, then try that, or as JB said it you could just have it improperly trimed at high speed, n low speeds.
