So the threaded rod is slanted back a little towards the transom , the top and bottom nut locking the bracket height were loose too... The bolts holding the mount to the stringer are SOLID I can hardly turn them over. I heard they are epoxyed into the stringers.
So far I checked engine alignment and the engine needs to be corrected. The tool will not go in all the way and the coupling is basically down vs the gimbal.

Also the rear mount bolt ( to stringer bolt ) is slightly loose I think since i can notice a very small scoring as if the mount is pivoting back and forth about 1/8" .... Does this affect alignment ? or alignment is height alignment only ?
