Is real time engine information available

I have a set of Volvo 8.1 GiL inboards on my boat serial numbers 4012110666 and 4012110667. They are in a 2004 boat but may be 2003 engines since the boat was built at the begining of 2004. In their current configuration, do these engines have the capability to provide real time engine information if connected to an appropriate electronic display? I am particularly interested in fuel burn.
