I just bought this 98/99 Yamaha 150 C model, and it came with a 21' Parker. Is there supposed to be a gaping hole on the top/back of engine cover. Being Carbed, I know it needs air, but it looks like something should be there. Can anyone direct me to finding a decal set for the cover? Thanks.
