I was just at Bass Pro shops during lunch and saw that the Garmin FishFinder 160 was going for $99 (reconditioned). I have done some research at work and see that is has been discontinued but can still be had online for about $160. It seems like a pretty good deal to me but was wondering if any of yall had any experience with thsi unit?

I have one. Works really well. It maintains accuracy even at pretty high speed. The contrast and back lighting aren't as good as on my Garmin GPS 162 and I think that's why they discontinued it.

Well, I went back to BPS to buy that Fish Finder yesterday. Course once I got there the guy at the counter started talking about features it had and the ones it didn't. So now i've got to reconcider just how much I really want one of those things and the fetures I want it to have.
