Is the upper rod choke same as lower(115 il6)

I am trying to hook up the rod choke and shutters and can't figure out if I have the rong parts, I have the upper and center shutters attached and can't figure out how to connect the lower with the uppers I have two rod chokes that are the same size.

think you need a manual , I do not know how it work . I would think choke work at the some time so it innerchangable. good luck

I cannot see your pictures for some reason. If you have the inline six with the two choke shutters, there is a plastic lever that connects the two of them together. The cable from the solenoid plunger also connects to that choke rod on the very top. When the choke button is pushed the choke solenoid magnatizes and pulls the plunger in and this closes the choke shutters.

Is there only two shutters or does all three of the carbs have shutters, I have the top two hooked up but I don't know if the bottom carb needs to connect all 3 together

Only the top and mid carb had choke shutters. I installed a choke shutter on the botom carb one time, but there was no improvement in starting ability.
