Is there a better prop for running in the weeds

Currently I am running a 13x19 ss 3 blade on a 17' bass tracker aluminum side console. 84 70 hp Johnson. I run a river that is full of weeds and can't even plane the boat out due to ventilation. Any help is greatly appreciated.

He fabricated a deverter of some sort that was successful.check it out.
