I have a bayliner 2002. It’s got a force 120. I would like the throttle to stay put while crossing. If I’m at 4000rpm it will go slower to 3600/3400 etc. i have to keep pushing the throttle up. Is there a way to keep throttle where i put it besides having you hold it?

there should be a friction adjustment on your helm control. you may have to get the appropriate manual for your controls.

I removed the cover and found a screw to adjust it. Thank you
