Is there an alternative to OMC's $18.00 Plastic Flange Bushing #303140?

It's a bushing that should cost 50 cents.

Can someone who has one perhaps measure it and/or provide a source ?

If I knew OD, ID length and thickness I could probably pick them up from someone like McMasters-Carr?

Got a lathe and a piece of nylon/delrin- make one.
